Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs + fees. Woods Edge Candle Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Woods Edge Candle Co is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. Woods Edge Candle Co currently only ships within the United States. No International orders can be accepted. Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our candles, we are not able to offer refund or exchanges. Please email woodsedgecandleco@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order. If a return is accepted, all shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
